Home-Study Hoops!!

Here we go...off and running!

Here is our very first fund-raiser!

Our first goal is to raise $750 for our home-study update.

My 10 year old son, Kyle had a great idea...
He loves sports, especially football and basketball.

So he wants YOU to sponsor him in a HOOP-shooting challenge!!
We will be going to a local park, and for one hour he wants to shoot baskets to help raise money for our home-study update fees!

That's right! YOU choose the amount/per successful basket you agree to sponsor, and we will let you know how many he gets in within an hour. (He plans to include his sisters and brothers as well, to see how many "in" baskets we can get!) The 3 year old may only be able to get one if Daddy lifts him up to do a slam dunk! :)

We will take lots of pictures so that you can see our fund-raiser in action. Anyone local who wishes to come out and cheer Kyle and his brothers and sisters on, we will be happy to get the address to. Kyle, and all of us, would love it!!

So, this is how it works! You pledge a certain amount/per basket that goes in. It can be any amount, whatever you choose! We will tally how many successful baskets we have during the hour and then get back with you. Easy, fun, and it all helps us in bringing home an orphan to their forever family. What could be better? :)

**An additional option is to set a specific dollar amount to not be exceeded for your sponsorship.**

You can check out our event's Facebook page here: Home-Study Hoops
This event will take place on Saturday, July 21st from 4pm-5pm.

Just leave a comment with how much you want to pledge/basket. We will get you the final tally after the event is over! Donations can be made via the blue Chip-In box in the upper right hand corner of this blog!

Please help my son make this fund-raiser a success! I love his heart for wanting to help bring a new brother or sister home to love on!

Please pray for our success...and share with your friends/family!

Thanks so much!
